Chi Wong is the Chief Executive Officer of TV2. As the leader, he has lead the expansion from a start up as a Systems Integrator to the present in Software and Services delivery company. Over his 30 year career he has held global management and leadership roles at Cisco, Nortel, Sun Microsystems in Engineering, Sales and Marketing, Services, and Operations.

Keith Rutledge is Vice President of Engineering at TV2.  Keith brings over 25 years of Software Development and process leadership experience utilizing both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.  Over his 25-year IT career, Keith held software and deployment leadership positions at Microsoft, Ericsson, and Frontier Communications.
